
Initial Course
Everyone who starts using thinAir completes the initial course. This course consists of 15 sessions, and these need to be taken as 5 days on, 2 days off for 3 weeks consecutively. Or alternatively they can be taken 15 days in a row. When undertaking the initial course, it is important to start with at least 5 days straight.
Top Up sessions
Each Top-up course consists of between 5 and 7 sessions. These sessions are to be completed in a row without a day off.
These should be started beginning of week 5 or 6 after your last session.
Recovery sessions
We advise clients to complete recovery sessions between top up course. These sessions are designed to keep your body at the optimum level to perform at its best.
For a sports person – we recommend a recovery session is completed after a game/track meeting or event or the following morning. This is to flush the body of dead blood cells to speed up the bodies recovery after competing. If you are finding it hard to sleep after an event, you can use the session to help with sleep. Mainly used after competing in the evening.
